Disclaimers
- A 30-day notice will be provided for any changes in software or vendors
- Agreements are reviewed prior to renewal date for any adds/removes or changes
- All projects are estimated, and require client approval
- Cyber Insurance may require additional testing for network penetration that may incur additional one-time charges from the vendor
- Mileage/Service Call Trip Charge - $35.00 per round trip
- Onsite service calls are charged at $115.00 per hour and must be approved by client
- Pricing increases for third party products will increase when notified by vendor
- Third Party vendor support is provided at no charge for 30 minutes. Support over 30 minutes will be charged at the standard hourly rate
